The category

A port call is a few hours. Spend them well.

A typical call gives you six to nine hours ashore, and the ship does not wait. That single fact shapes everything: a private driver who tracks your actual arrival rather than the printed schedule, an itinerary built backwards from your all-aboard time, and a return to the gangway with a comfortable margin.

Premium Transfers meets you at the quay with a name sign and drives you where the coaches do not go — at your pace, with the stops you actually want. Ship-to-airport and ship-to-hotel transfers are handled the same way, at the same fixed prices, for embarkation and disembarkation days.

Every port day is priced in writing before you book, and there is no payment until the booking is confirmed.

Frequently asked

Common questions about cruise transfers in Denmark

Which Danish cruise ports do you serve?
Skagen and Aarhus are our main ports, each with a dedicated page and a calendar of scheduled calls. Ship-to-hotel and ship-to-airport transfers are also arranged from Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and other Danish ports on request.
What happens if our ship arrives late?
We track your ship's actual arrival rather than the published schedule. If berthing is delayed, your pickup moves with it at no extra charge, and the itinerary is adjusted so you still see the priorities and return in time.
Will we definitely be back before the ship leaves?
Yes. Every itinerary is planned backwards from your all-aboard time with a deliberate buffer. Getting you back to the gangway comfortably early is the fixed point that the rest of the day is built around.
Can you take a group larger than six?
Yes — there is no upper limit. Our own Mercedes-Benz EQV seats up to six guests, and for larger parties we add vehicles so everyone travels together under one booking, one fixed price and one point of contact.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you like — many guests book months ahead, as soon as their itinerary is confirmed. There is no payment until the booking is confirmed, and if your itinerary changes, your booking changes with it. Our cruise calendars list scheduled calls so you can reserve your exact date.
Can you arrange a licensed guide as well as a driver?
Yes. On request we arrange a licensed local guide to join your excursion in English or German, so the drive becomes a properly narrated tour. Guide availability is confirmed together with your fixed-price quote.
