Bookings

All services are pre-booked. Confirmation is sent by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Pricing

All quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive (chauffeur, vehicle, tolls, parking, and up to 60 minutes waiting time at airports). Prices are in DKK unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 24 hours before pickup — free cancellation
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup — 50% of the booking value
  • No-show — full booking value

Waiting time

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Additional waiting is charged per hour at the hourly rate.

Liability

Premium Transfers ApS is fully insured for commercial passenger transport. We are licensed by Færdselsstyrelsen. Our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance coverage.
