Pricing

Clear pricing before the journey.

Most transfers are quoted as fixed-price journeys based on route, pickup time, vehicle, passenger count, luggage, and any agreed waiting time or extra stops.

Hourly chauffeur service is available from €120 per hour, with a minimum booking period. Private tours, events, weddings, and custom journeys are quoted individually based on itinerary and duration.

Every quote is confirmed before booking, so there are no surprise charges at the end of the journey.

Cancellation

·Less than 24 hours before pickup — 50% of the booking value
·No-show or cancellation within 2 hours — full booking value

For weddings, events, full-day chauffeur service, private tours, partner bookings, or special arrangements, cancellation terms may vary and will be confirmed in advance.

Common questions about our chauffeur services

What is the difference between an airport transfer and an hourly chauffeur booking?

An airport transfer is a single fixed-route journey from one location to another — for example, Billund Airport to your hotel. An hourly chauffeur booking means the same chauffeur and vehicle remain available to you for an agreed number of hours, with multiple stops and a flexible schedule. Hourly bookings start from three hours.

How is the price determined?

All bookings are pre-arranged with a fixed price agreed in writing before the journey. Airport transfers and one-way routes are priced per route. Hourly chauffeur service is priced per hour with a three-hour minimum. Tours and custom journeys are quoted individually based on route, duration, and stops.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please indicate the number of children and ages when booking so the right seats are prepared.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Yes. All chauffeurs hold a valid Danish taxi licence (taxikørekort). Premium Transfers ApS operates as a licensed limousine transport service under Færdselsstyrelsen (the Danish transport authority), fully insured for commercial passenger transport. CVR: 46288793.

Can I make changes or cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged at 50%, and within 2 hours of pickup at full booking value. For weddings, events, and special arrangements, cancellation terms are confirmed individually in advance.

Do you accept corporate accounts and invoicing?

Yes. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available for hotels, agencies, businesses, and recurring partners. Contact us for partner rates and account setup.
