Our active fleet is the Mercedes-Benz EQV, a fully electric premium van with seating for up to six passengers plus luggage. The Mercedes-Benz EQE executive sedan, for up to three passengers, joins the active fleet in 2026. Both are fully electric, premium-class vehicles prepared and maintained to a consistent standard.
Are all your vehicles electric?
Yes. Our entire fleet is fully electric, with zero local emissions on every transfer. We chose Mercedes-Benz EQ models for their quiet cabin, smooth ride, and refined arrival experience.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
The Mercedes-Benz EQV seats up to six passengers comfortably with full luggage capacity, ideal for families, groups, business teams, and airport transfers with multiple suitcases. The Mercedes-Benz EQE (joining 2026) seats up to three passengers, ideal for executive transfers and discreet arrivals.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. When booking, you can request the EQV (for groups, families, more luggage) or, from 2026, the EQE (for solo travellers, couples, executive transfers). If you are not sure which suits your journey, tell us your route, passenger count, and luggage details — we will recommend the right vehicle.
Is the vehicle prepared before each journey?
Yes. Each vehicle is cleaned, charged, and inspected before every booking. Child seats, water, and any specifically requested items are prepared in advance. The chauffeur is briefed on your itinerary, flight number, and any special requirements.
Do you provide replacement vehicles in case of issues?
Yes. We maintain replacement vehicle protocols and partner network arrangements so that unforeseen issues never affect a confirmed booking. The journey proceeds without interruption.
